PRODUCT CONCLUSIONS:
Zalman's Theatre 6 Headphones are a great buy, and very handy for the LAN gamer. They produce an excellent, crisp sound and provide a generally great experience. Though they are not without issues, nothing is ever perfect and for the price point they are a great buy for any gamer. Although the bass response is rather low compared to other externally amplified 5.1 headsets, there is an amplifier option which was linked on page 3 which will be excellent for console gaming with a friend. But realistically, these headphones are priced right and rank up in the top products in this genre. Kind of weird though that a company that concentrates on computer cooling could come out with such a great sound product that is priced perfectly.
With that being said, not only can these connect to your gaming rig, but can also be used for your Xbox, PlayStation 2, or Gamecube; which makes these a viable option for the hardcore console gamer as well. A definite must buy whether you are a computer or a console gamer. You can't go wrong with this product.
