ZALMAN CORPORATE PROFILE

Despite the fact that computers have become commonplace at home and at workplaces for a long time, true user-friendliness of the computers is still a long shot. At Zalman Tech, we strive to make that goal a closer reality through extensive research and development of our products. We were the world first in reducing computer's noise down to lower than 20dB, thus creating a more user-friendly computing environment. Now it is possible to use a computer without distracting noise and to form high fidelity audio system or home theatre without ambient noise.
Zalman Tech will continue to make efforts at creating more enhanced levels of user friendliness in computing; we believe that we have the ability and determination to achieve this goal. Your support and interest is greatly appreciated.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Liquid cooling for the PC is becoming mainstream. Well, almost. Gone are the days when one had to raid the automotive junkyards and hardware stores for parts and carve crude waterblocks out of chunks of copper. Well, for most people, anyway. Now there are tons of websites competing for your watercooling dollar. Manufacturers are coming out with complete kits, making it easier to take the plunge.

Generally speaking, folks look to liquid cooling for one of two reasons; more overclocking headroom or less noise. Given Zalman's reputation for quiet cooling solutions, it's not surprising that their new Reserator 1 Plus liquid cooling system targets the latter group. Zalman has never been afraid to target smaller niche markets with their products and this kit is a good example of this. The Reserator 1 Plus represents the second generation of this product. The Plus kit differs from the original Reserator 1 not only in color (black vs. the original blue), but the waterblocks have been redesigned and a few accessories added. I'm anxious to see how this passive, essentially silent liquid cooling system performs, so let's get started.
