PRODUCT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

These ZM-DS4F features two diaphragms per channel and work in a fashion that is similar to a two way speaker. The smaller 28mm diaphragm is a tweeter, and behind it is a larger 40mm diaphragm that functions as a woofer. Color choices are black or white; my review sample is white.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The packaging is nothing exciting to look at, but the headphones are secured nicely in a plastic shell inside the cardboard box. Inside the box are the headphones of course, along with a simple fold-out instruction manual.
PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH

Zalman designed these headphones to be portable, and the result is a lightweight yet sturdy product. For added comfort, the ear cups have a toe-in pivot design. The overall look is nice and clean and the white color compliments an iPod quite well.

The outside of the ear cups sport the Zalman logo and have a glossy coating. I did notice a few light scratches here when I pulled the headphones out of the box, although I emphasize light as the camera didn't even pick them up.

Soft cushioned pads on the inside rest against the ears. They were comfortable and light when I put them on. The size was just about perfect for me – most of my ear was covered, but not completely. I've worn headphones with larger ear cups that push against my earrings, quickly becoming bothersome.
