PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

Not much has changed, specwise. Like the earlier HD160XT, the Plus is constructed entirely in aluminum, comes in either a silver or black anodized finish and promises quiet cooling performance in an elegant package. It comes complete with a 7-inch touch-screen LCD display, but with a new remote control and software package that should make building a top shelf HTPC a relatively easy task for the average enthusiast. It's rather large, as HTPC cases go, but its size allows the use of full-sized components, making hardware choices much easier.

 

 

 

 

 

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Inside the heavy cardboard carton, we find the XT Plus wrapped in a plastic bag and sandwiched between dense foam blocks to protect it during shipping.

A small cardboard box contains the remote, manuals and software disk, along with a bag of hardware.

Zalman has provided extensive documentation, along with a cover to stealth the optical drive. Batteries for the remote are included and they've even provided a couple of adhesive-backed clips to aid in cable management.
