For around US$145 based on prices at the time of this review, you will receive the following.

Included in the software and documentation package is your usual software and driver CD along with a full user's manual, a quick setup guide and the various registration and warranty information documents.

The bundled hardware package is actually quite extensive. Starting at the lone included AA battery and working our way clockwise, your will first see the included security carrying hand strap, the direct encoding audio patch cable and Samsung's excellent included headphones w/ pads. Seeing this player is so small, Samsung also included a perfect fitting protective case to keep the player and its' display blemish and scratch free.

The player comes equipped with two USB transfer connections. The white cable and the black adapter are used in the same way. The only difference is the size. Seeing this player also doubles as a 1Gb flash data drive, Samsung chose to include the adapter so the consumer could take advantage of this feature without having to carry around a cable. I personally love the adapter for loading the player with data or music. It is just a lot more tidy and we all know we could do without another cable in our computer environment.
