PRODUCT PICTORIAL & WALKTHROUGH (cont'd)
Other than the previously mentioned battery compartment,
the bottom also houses the USB connection for the computer interface.
I will be covering this in a little more detail in the next section.

The YP-780V's display although small is very easy to read.
When you are using the unit and have not used any of the buttons for
a couple of minutes, the display's back light powers down to reduce
battery consumption.

Or when the track or the options are being changed, the
backlight illuminates a pleasant light blue color. The display is very
functional and only displays the equalizer settings in the far left
along with the mandatory track number, track playing time, battery level
etc. when in normal use and the menu settings when you are changing
settings.
I won't be going through the menu options on this MP3
player seeing the user's manual does a great job breaking down the numerous
options available to you. It has all the usual features such as the
equalizer, mode and playback see with all makes and models.

Last on the walkthrough list is the protective carrying
case. This one small yet important addition should be definitely on
your list of features for your next MP3 player. This model's included
case protects your investment from spills, rain, dirty fingers (we all
like to change tracks while eating a Big Mac) and the usual scrapes
and bumps associated with carrying this player in a lady's purse or
a gentleman's book or locker bag. Also, for people on the go, the back
of the case also includes a belt clasp which will free your hands up
for doing a workout or carrying a water bottle during a run.
