CONCLUSIONS & AFTERTHOUGHTS
With a little shopping online you will be able to easily find this product for around US$175-$200 in your area. For what this player offers, I wouldn't deem that an unfair price at all. This product is much more than your average "turn it on and listen to music" MP3 player. In addition, for the same money you get an easy to use portable hard drive, voice recorder, MP3 encoder and a color photo viewer in one neat and tidy package. The only drawback is the longer than usual boot load time and the inferior software they have bundled on the CD. With the firmware upgrade you basically won't need any software at all and can load the player up through windows explorer which honestly is the way it should have been in the first place.
This product was easily in the running to be a Top Rank Product, but due to the software and firmware shortfalls which can be overcome with a little patience, all I can give this product is a great product standing. Once setup, this player is a dream to use.

- Extremely Poor and frustrating Napster software
