PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

Xigmatek can supply the Elysium in any one of four versions. A chassis with black or silver anodized aluminum trim can be had with or without a side panel window, but all the versions are identical internally. Our review sample is a “Window Black” unit and also represents a pre-production example that has a few small issues that are being addressed before the new cases are released to distributors and retailers. We'll go over these as we encounter them during the review.

As we discussed earlier, the Elysium will accept the huge SR-2 motherboard, but it will also support just about every other motherboard form factor on the market today. A total of ten expansion bays can accommodate quad graphics card solutions and the case will also accept two power supplies without modification. The Elysium also provides lots of storage options as well as a hot-swappable SATA dock supporting both 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drives. Liquid cooling aficionados get the nod with support for large radiators and tubing access holes for external radiators and pumps.
