File Shredder is pretty self explanatory, in a virtual way anyhow. Deleting a file through this utility ensures that it will not be recoverable in any way.

The Uninstall Manager not only gets rid of a program, it claims to do it more cleanly than going through add/remove programs in the windows control panel. A cleaner uninstall results in less file fragmentation and more free space made.
