PRODUCT CONNECTIVITY

Once connected via USB, the e740 can be synchronized with your latest favorites, notes, and schedules, using Microsoft Active Sync. When synchronizing, the taskbar icon, which is a sphere with circular arrows, rotates and turns green. When there is a synchronization error the sphere goes gray with a small red X.

When the e740 is connected and synchronized, it shows up as a mobile device in my computer.

As a mobile device, the e740 acts as if it were a drive, and the user can copy files to and from the device.

SOFTWARE

Also featured with this Pocket PC is an astonishing suite of software including Window's Media Player, MSN Messenger, and other various organizational programs.

The ability to take notes makes this an excellent replacement for the common pad of paper.
