PRODUCT COMPOSITION

All the Toughpower units come in similar packaging with features and specifications clearly printed on the exterior of the box.

Inside, we find a box containing the modular cables, the PSU itself, the power cord, a bag containing the mounting screws and silicone gasket and a small but complete manual. The PSU is shipped in a protective bubble bag to protect the finish. The ATX cable and dual PCIE 12v Aux power cables are not modular, but hardwired into the unit.
PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH

Owing to its input control circuitry, the 750W has no manual voltage switch. The honeycomb perforations provide sufficient open area to exhaust cooling air from the 140mm fan. The specs list the color of the case as black. It's not. It's actually a very attractive silver gray metallic coating.

The 140mm cooling fan lives behind the perforated bottom panel. While this solution is perfectly serviceable and provides ample open area for the fan, I'm a little nostalgic for the earlier gold wire grill that formerly graced Thermaltake PSUs. This finish is growing on me, however, and I'm beginning to appreciate the monochrome look with the Tt logo as an accent.
