PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Thermaltake's carton for the 400 cooler is rather compact with colorful graphics and all the pertinent information a consumer is likely to want,…

…but the internal packaging really shines. Cardboard, tape and closed-cell foam come together to provide a sturdy and comfortable nest for the cooler and its accessories. If this cooler arrives damaged, you can be certain that it's the result of severe mishandling.

Documentation includes an installation guide, warranty information sheet and the ubiquitous Thermaltake “Key 3” flyer and sticker. The cooler and fan are supplemented by a large bag of mounting hardware, an AMD backplate and clips to secure the fan to the cooler. Let's have a closer look at the ISGC-400 before we get to the testing.
PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH

There's really nothing earth shattering about the design, but Thermaltake makes a lot of bold claims about many of the design elements. We'll go over these as we proceed with this part of the review.
