….allow the two braces to be lifted up and out. Visible in the background, the top of the cover has ventilation holes positioned over the CPU and graphics card areas.

The left brace incorporates a mounting system for up to two hard drives.

An 80mm front intake fan located just below the drive mount provides air-flow in this area, keeping the drive(s) cool.

Both braces have locating tabs that fit into corresponding slots in the chassis, keeping everything aligned during reassembly. These braces keep the Tenor’s steel chassis very rigid, unlike some cases in this class that rely on the cover to impart stability and strength.

After removing three screws, the 3.5-inch drive cage slides out easily.
