PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

While the specifications for the PS05B aren't all that exciting, this is a budget chassis and nothing seems to be missing. There is plenty of drive space the dimensions are about what one would expect from a mid-tower case. The PS05B will accept up o five 120mm cooling fans, but only one is provided.

Unlike most budget cases, the PS05B has some tool-free features, a blacked-out interior and anti-vibration HDD mounts. We'll explore these features in more detail a bit later.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION

As befitting its budget status, the PS05B comes in a rather plain cardboard carton with line graphics and full specification and feature lists.

Inside, the case comes wrapped in a plastic bag sandwiched between two Styrofoam blocks to protect it during shipping.

Along with the manual, SilverStone includes a hardware bag with a couple of extra mobo standoffs (for use with an m-ATX installation,) motherboard mounting screws, power supply mounting screws, and a few drive mounting screws, should you find the tool-free mechanisms unsuitable. The little black bracket and screws serve as an additional mounting point to secure the power supply in the chassis.
