PRODUCT PICTORIAL (cont'd)

I know, it's the back of the printer and really doesn't have much to be explained. The only things worth mentioning in this photo is the serial cable for the automatic document feeder which needs to be connected if you are going to use this tray and feature. The other thing worth mentioning is the rear ventilation. If you are going to install this machine yourself, please do NOT install it flat against the wall. This will hinder the unit's ability to exhaust heat and damage may occur if the unit overheats.

Continuing our cake walk around you will checking out the right side of the printer. The only thing to note is the main service door which you will only need to open if you have to service, unjam or reset the machine. *Note: With the power turned on, the unit will power down immediately upon the opening of this door and an alarm will sound until you close the door or completely turn off the unit.*

Turning our attention to the top of the unit, you will notice the automatic document feeder. This feature can be used when faxing a several page report or can be used to duplex print on both sides of a page. Great feature for cutting down on paper.

Just under the feeder is the main scanning, photocopying and faxing optical bed which will be used for pretty well anything you do with this product. Opening the bed was quite effortless and you don't have to be a weightlifter and use as much effort as I have had to use on some older bulkier photocopiers.

Going from the top of the unit to the bottom, you will become acquainted with the huge 550 page capacity paper tray which can be adjusted to handle both standard letter and longer legal types of paper. I tell you one thing, nothing ticks me off more than having to constantly reload my printer's paper tray. With a 550 page paper magazine, this will be cut down drastically.
