SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 275T INTRODUCTION
To most people, a standard LCD monitor in the range of 17 to 19 inches will suit their needs perfectly, but for some, the status quo just isn't big enough. For some unique user's, windows desktop space is needed for video and photo editing, DVD viewing enjoyment, or heck, just to show off to your friends. With more space for multi-tasking, productivity increases almost exponentially. Take me for example, I can have my IM client open, my email, my admin control panel and news posting software up in one screen which allows me to monitor and work using them all simultaneously. More work done in less time, you just have to love it. Just don't tell your boss, or he will just assign you more work.
In the past, the one downfall of huge LCD monitors was the fact that they were usually quite dark, had poor contrast ratios and to top it off had a gray to gray pixel response time that was so slow that it was only good for two dimensional work.
Thankfully, this monitor has none of these.

What can TFT LCD Technology do for me?
Below is just a small list of what TFT LCD technology can do for your small business or home environment.
1.) Radiation - TFT LCD technology virtually eliminates radiation which is emitted from normal CRT monitor and can promote a healthier computing environment for your children at home and/or your work environment.
2.) Low Power Consumption - LCD monitors have a power consumption of about half of the equivalent CRT monitors.
3.) Colour - Colours on LCD's are much more vibrant that CRT monitors.
4.) Physical Size - One of the main advantages is the size difference. LCD monitors cover about 30% of the desk area than a standard CRT.
5.) Viewable Area - Now here is the kicker, if you buy a 17" CRT monitor, it's safe to say that you will have an actual viewing area of about ~16". Now, when a TFT LCD is said to be 17", the viewable area IS 17", which is a far more honest approach to marketing.
