The top of the camcorder has a fingertip grip and a zoom control.

The bottom has a tripod connection, a USB dock (optional) connection along with memory battery door and the main battery and memory door.

Flipping open the door allows you to access the main battery area and where you can insert your solid state memory. This camcorder is capable of using standard SD memory cards up to 2Gigs along with the higher SDHC cards which have larger capacities up to 32gigs. Again, too bad there is no memory provided. Even one gigabyte would be helpful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 7.4volt / 850mAh battery enables the user to get a full 120 minutes of battery time from one charge. As anyone with any standard camcorder experience will tell you, getting this kind of life from a small battery is pretty amazing. Solid state memory allows the battery to last so much longer.
