SAMSUNG PN58C6400 58 INCH PLASMA TV INTRODUCTION
With this review of the Samsung PN58C6400 58 inch Plasma TV, I am following a trend of reviewing larger model TVs. Why you ask? Well, it is not greed or that I need a huge TV, but it does help a reviewer notice a problem with a certain technology that is not as noticeable on a smaller model. Also with prices dropping, larger models are getting more and more popular and consumers are more at ease with paying a little more for a TV they won't have to upgrade for a longer period of time. Because of this, the model being reviewed today is more relevant to the buyer even when compared to a couple years ago.
The PN58C6400 being reviewed today
is set in Samsung's middle range of Plasma TVs, but has some features that in the past was only available if you purchased their top of the line model. This model is thinner, lighter, more economical than the 650 series (Review: HERE) we reviewed earlier this year and should be considered as a plausible option if you are into viewing action movies and sports thanks to the very smooth Plasma technology. I still stand my declaration that Plasma TVs will not being going away anytime soon and should still be considered. Throughout all my TV reviews, a Plasma is the only option if you are buying a large TV that is over 50 inches. Ghosting and image artifacts are practically non-existent and a Plasma TV will beat a LED TV in every aspect other than color reproduction and even then, the difference is hardly noticeable.
So stick around and keep on reading. This might be the affordable large TV you have been looking for.
