PRODUCT PICTORIAL & WALKTHROUGH
You are going to be paying the bill, so you might as well see what you will be receiving.
Starting from the bottom and moving up, you first have the large rectangular base which to say the least plants this LCD TV firmly where you place it. No small bump will have this TV tipping over. Integrated into the base is a swivel mechanism that allows for 20 degrees of motion to either side for fine tuning you viewing angle. Above the base is a large blue LED lit operational light which also serves as a touch sensitive power button.
The thick outer bezel makes the TV seem bigger than it actually is and adds to the structural integrity of the panel assembly. On either side of the bezel is a gray brushed metal-like plastic portion that acts as a sound diversion mechanism to reflect some of the rear originated sound towards the front. Incased in the right hand portion is the main TV control buttons which allow you to change channels, source, volume levels and to access the main TV menu.
Moving around to the side you have a connection panel for easy access to connect a portable video player, an HDMI source, a USB drive (more on that later), or even a standard set of headphones. the headphone jack is something that a lot of late night TV watchers with sleeping family/friends will want to take advantage of if they use the TV as their main sound source as well if you don't use a home theater system. But I know that most of you will be using this with a home theater setup for the best TV/movie viewing experience.
Moving around to the back will have you in direct contact with the main connection panel. As you can see above, the connection possibilities are tremendous. At any given time you could have six or more video option connected at any given time. There won't be any problem connecting any high definition video sources whether it being your PC, a Blu-ray player or any gaming system. BTW, if you are thinking of using this as a HTPC display, it performs the task amazingly well.
