As with most TVs, you will receive the usual owner's manual, quick setup guide along with the warranty paperwork. Also included is the full featured remote control which does come with batteries. No cables come included other than the power cord.
And with the help of a friend (trust me, you'll need it), you will unearth your new larger than life 61inch 1080p HDTV. Words cannot describe how big this TV is. You really have to witness it first hand. It's borderline intimidating. First impressions are how light it is for its size and it overall clean design. Very understated, yet modern. We will go over the finer details in the next section.
