SAMSUNG HL-S6187W INTRODUCTION
Everyone has to face it. Whether you love electronic equipment or have a hard time setting the clock on your VCR, nothing is quite as awe inspiring a huge TV. Everyone wants one and they are still one of the to selling consumer electronic items on the market. With the increase in competition and the decrease in prices, almost everyone has the ability to afford a large TV.
But for some, 40 inches is not enough and 51inches would mean you have the same TV as your parents. But what if I told you that a 61inch TV is actually affordable. And would I surprise you if I said that it is also full 1080P capable? You see, most people today think of a plasma or LCD TV when they picture a large television and fail to recall that there are projection based televisions still on the market.
The two options I would consider would be the LCD projection and the DLP. Both have excellent picture quality, are more affordable and will allow you to get a bigger TV for the same price. Not everyone needs a flat panel and projection TVs today are a mere shadow of the huge visual appliances that were popular only a few short years ago. With the consumer brainwashing campaign at full swing, unknowing consumers are discrediting projection based TVs seeing they think they are the same as the older tri-color gun technology models.
In reality, DLP and LCD projection TVs offer full 1080P clarity at a far better price. For more information on DLP and LCD projection based HDTV TVs, please check out Cnet's excellent explanation HERE.
Samsung's DLP HDTV offerings bring value and feature list that is usually associated with a much higher pricetag. If you have in the market for a HUGE TV, then stick around, this might be your model.
