For the tidy sum of ~US$45, you will get the following.

At first I took a look this odd looking strip and thought it was a promotional sample for an upcoming product. But it actually does serve a purpose with the steelpad.

With a consistency similar to 3M Scotch tape, cut the strip into sections and stick them to your mouse feet. The strip size will depend on your particular mouse.

The actual mousepad itself is very lightweight and well made. All edges are cut to precision and the pad is finished in a matte black coating with the Steelpad 4S logo in the lower left hand corner. Under the pad are eight clear feet to hold the pad firmly in place on your desktop.

Although the name of this product might have you thinking that it is made of steel, the pad is thankfully only made of aluminum. If it was actually made of steel, the pad would be quite heavy and your wallet would be drained due to the increase in shipping charges. Although it's made of aluminum, the pad is very rigid and will only bend slightly under extreme pressure.
