CONCLUSIONS AND AFTERTHOUGHTS
Razer has delivered a mouse pad that does exactly what it's supposed to do – improve the PC gaming experience. I have been loyal to hard surface mouse pads for some time, but the Razer Mantis has changed all that. After testing out both of the expertly engineered surfaces I can honestly say this is the best cloth mouse pad I've used and Razer was smart to offer two versions to satisfy those with different sensitivity preferences. Oftentimes cloth pads have a cheap feel to them and leave a lot to be desired when gaming, but this is not the case with the Mantis. Both versions are very well constructed and I would expect them to last a long time without having to worry about ripping or tearing. This pad is huge though, and if desk space is at a minimum this is not the product for you. It's worth it to clear out some room for it however, since the rubber coating on the back will keep it in place and the design on the front looks pretty cool too.
