PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Both flavors of the Mantis come packaged in a nice looking, sturdy cardboard tube to protect them. A small square cutout allows the buyer to feel the surface of the pad prior to purchase. Nothing is included inside the package but the rolled up pad itself, but that's all we need anyway.
Both pads feature Razer's logo of intertwining snakes on the front, with the Speed version sporting a bit more green on it.
PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH
The best way to describe the Mantis in one word is BIG. This is simply a massive surface at roughly 17 ½ inches wide and 14 inches tall. Both versions of the pad are made out of a cloth Fibertek material so they can be rolled up and transported very easily.
A rubberized coating on the back keeps the pads from sliding around on just about any flat surface. Measuring in at only 4.3mm thick, this should be comfortable on the wrists since there is no hard plastic raised surface to contend with.
