PRODUCT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

As we'll see later on in the review, the software features are even more abundant than the hardware features. As such, this NAS will likely be more than any home user would need but in a small to medium size business environment with several users, it would be a perfect fit.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The product is packaged in a box that showed a picture of the unit along with some its many features. It's protected by foam blocks which is standard for most computer equipment these days.

Enough accessories are included to get up and running without any additional purchase. A power cord, software CD, Ethernet cable, screws, HDD locks, and quick install guides are all found inside the box. A more detailed manual in PDF format is available for download from the QNAP website.
