PRODUCT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

It would be easy to take up a few pages by just listing out all the features of this NAS, so I'm listing just the hardware information here. Of course, a full listing of all specifications can be found on QNAP's website.
Like many other QNAP NAS appliances, an embedded Linux operating system provides the interface for the TS-439 Pro. No prior knowledge of Linux is required though, since it is all graphical and easy to navigate. It's also worth noting that an LCD and two eSATA ports are included on this model which are features seen on only a few other NAS units manufactured by QNAP.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION

QNAP took care in getting the NAS to me. It was securely packaged which is important for a high dollar product like this. The last thing you want is to receive damaged goods that could've been prevented by simply taking the time to package them well.

Included along with the NAS are a setup CD, two Ethernet cables, power cord, screws, hard drive locks, and quick installation guide. There is also a separate guide just for RAID configuration included, and a full detailed manual is provided on the setup CD. No eSATA cables, USB cables, or hard drives are included.
