Similarly, the 600W provides native support for EPS-type (8-pin 12V auxiliary power) motherboards with a split connector design that can support the more common 4-pin motherboards as well.
SLI also gets native support from the 600W. Each PCIE 6-pin connector has its own cable, precluding the necessity of an adapter which is a real no-no here.
Thermaltake has also provided two lines for 12V fans. The lower 3-pin can be attached to an appropriate motherboard pin header to monitor PSU fan speed. This is the only lead that is not sleeved.
All of the 4-pin Molex connectors have these handy additions that, when pinched together, make removing these connectors safe and easy. There are eight of these, along with two FDD power connectors, on three lines. As mentioned in the features list, all pins are gold plated for maximum conductivity. The black connectors, along with the black sleeving, give the cables a professional look that I like a lot.
Four SATA power connectors on two lines will accommodate most users, and the right-angle configuration makes for a tidy installation.
