PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

As you can see, this is strictly an Intel platform cooler and, while it supports two fans, none are included.
They have also posted a detailed drawing on their website to help potential users check for fitment issues. It's big! We'll see if the cooling is commensurate with its size.
Addendum

After posting this review, we got word that Prolimatech now offers a mounting solution for AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3 platforms. The down side is that AMD users will have to pony up an extra $10-$13 or so, and Prolimatech has no plans to include the AMD mounting solution with the Megahalems in the foreseeable future. It is available at a few etailers around the web so it can be had, but if I were an AMD user, I'd be more than a little put out at having to spend extra money in order to use the cooler on my board. Maybe Prolimatech should market an AMD edition to avoid alienating this group.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The retail box is, unsurprisingly, big also. It doesn't give a lot of information or fancy pictures, but it's what's inside that counts.

Aside from the Megahalems cooler, there is a glossy fold-out user's manual, a big bag of mounting hardware (including thermal compound) and a backplate and spacer. We'll go over this in more detail later, but I'm interested to see how the mounting solution works. I've seen a lot of huge coolers like this and most have one thing in common; they are a real pain to install.
