PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The packaging features a simple black and white color scheme, and the box is quite small which can only mean the product inside is small too. Current pricing for the PBO is right around $80 US from online retailers.

Patriot includes a complete bundle of accessories to get you up and running. A composite RCA cable, USB 2.0 cable, HDMI cable, remote control with batteries, power adapter, installation screws, quick install guide and CD containing media server software are all included.

PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH

The PBO Core is one of the smallest media players I've worked with, measuring in at just 5.7" long, 5.5" wide, and 1.5" tall. The aluminum case has an attractive black finish and some Patriot and PBO Core logos sport the front and side.

One USB 2.0 port is on the front of the unit to allow you to quickly connect an external drive. LED indicators for USB, drive activity, LAN, and power are also found here, as well as an IR receiver.
