CONCLUSIONS & AFTERTHOUGHTS
Although this USB 2.0 drive is not the quickest on the market, the other features sure make up for the shortfall. Once you have this drive in your hand you will soon realize what I am talking about. This drive is just ridiculously small and has all the features you would expect from a normal flash drive. Hell, I loved even showing people this drive. Even the computer enthusiasts I have as friends did do a double take when they saw me pull this small unit out of my pocket.
I get who this product is intended for so therefore the performance difference in my mind is a moot point. I honestly could care less. The 1-2 second difference is not a concern to me. I am not that busy, that important, and that picky to make this product to be poor just for that once issue. The other differences when compared to a normal flash drive easily overcome any disadvantages.
Pros:
- Excellent Construction
- Amazingly Tiny
- Affordable
- Show off piece (for the geek in everyone)
Cons:
- Transfer rates are a little slower than standard USB 2.0 drives
- Availability (Will improve with time)
