The aluminum front panel has a nicely brushed finish with the NZXT logo incorporated into the lower edge. An angled, polished accent surrounds the screen for some added visual interest.

The bottom of the device has some rubber strips to protect furniture finish and the back features an eight-pin socket to accept the communication cable. This cable is a generous two meters (6.5 feet) in length and will allow the user to place the unit within easy reach, even if the case is stored under the desk.

The controller/interface card installs in an available expansion bay, but doesn't need a motherboard slot. The power, fan and temperature cables come pre-attached and are clearly labeled as to their use. A coin cell battery is included, but must be installed by the user. NZXT includes tapes to secure the thermistors, a pair of mounting screws and an extra pair of thermistors.
