The newest fan offerings from Noctua are real gems! They are quiet (silent, when used with the ULNA,) and move a respectable amount of air. While I hate to make generalizations about such things, these fans exhibit the high quality, innovative features and performance that products from this part of the world are famous for. Noctua has clearly set out to redefine what the future of quiet cooling will be, and if these fans are any indication, they have a very good start. A full compliment of accessories make the Noctua fans a complete package for the high performance, low noise PC enthusiast. At $15 and $20 US, these fans are not cheap, but their performance and quality soften the bite a bit, and the six-year warranty should inspire confidence in the buyer. I can highly recommend these fans to the enthusiast who is willing to pay a premium for quiet operation and leading-edge technology.
