PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

A lot of us have been quite happy with our PC3200 DDR400 RAM for a while now, although the decision to upgrade is always something we consider. The problem however, is in knowing whether or not the upgrade is worth it. There are a lot of things which you have to factor into such a decision; such as whether or not you are an average user who is not likely to push his CPU and RAM to its max, or if you are an overclocking mofo who squeezes every available ounce out of their rig.

With the release of newer, faster memory, the possibility to further push that Pentium 2.4C is almost irresistible to some. But you have to also consider what you're getting for your money.

Today I'll be reviewing Simpletech's Nitro RAM... 1 GB of Dual Channel PC3700 DDR466 funky looking modules. Simpletech claims; "... with new high performance processors hitting the market, Nitro gets you flying at speeds you only dreamed of."

Now that's a bold statement. Let's see if it's true.
