Microsoft chose to ship the X3 in a simple red cardboard box with some basic product information on the side, a fair difference from some other companies who include more fancy designs and logos on their product boxes...I for one like the simple approach to things and spending 20 minutes trying to open a blister package like some companies use is a pain to say the least!

Inside the package you will find the mouse, product guide, manual and driver CD plus all tucked away securely inside the small silver box with the SideWinder logo on top, everything you need to get you started fragging the enemy or flipping over web pages.
