PRODUCT COMPOSITION

With a price tag of US$70-$80, this mouse can be summed up as being rather expensive, but you will soon see that you get what you pay for.

First out of the box is the usual installation manual and other paper work along with the driver and software CD. Make sure you install the software before plugging anything in.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also included are two battery packs, a charging/base station and a 2.4Ghz wireless adapter. More information on these will be coming up in the upcoming section.

And last but not least you have the G7 (bottom left) with its older brother the MX700 (upper right). As you can see they are very similar. The differences you will see are in the smoothness and just how much lighter the G7 is when compared to the older model. the G7 weighs in at 133grams loaded with battery while the MX700 weighs in at 171grams. Although we are only speaking grams here, it is VERY noticeable when gaming.
