KF-201-DF Mobile IDE Rack w/ LCD

With the purchase of this unique mobile rack, you get to display this
neat piece of hardware in the front of your case.

Included in the package will be the actual IDE rack, some screws for
installation and an install manual to aid in getting this rack configured
properly.

To open the rack, flip the key hole protector out, insert the key, unlock
the door (which will pop open), and pull the tray out of the frame.

Now, after sliding the cover off of the tray, you will notice the temperature
sensor which will enable you to monitor those IDE drive temperatures,
the jumper connectors for the master/slave settings and the IDE and power
connectors.

Now, all that is left is to install the drive, and reverse the process
to install it back into the frame.

To cool that hardworking drive which is probably thrashing like crazy
due to the lack of ram in your system =), Kingwin included a 4.2cfm fan
to supply a breath of fresh air to the drive and reduce the heat stress
which is the cause of numerous hard drive failures.

Install it, fire up your system, and the LCD display will glow and display
your current drive temperature.

The display will allow you to see if the actual drive is working, the
current up-time for the computer and the drive, the current temperature
of the drive, the alarm temperature settings, whether the cooling fan
is working and will indicate whether the drive is set as Master or Slave.
Play with the "set" button and you will configure the drive
in about 20 seconds, it's just that simple.
