What's great about this enclosure (and all USB 3.0 devices) is that it will work just fine in a USB 2.0 port. You won't get the fastest possible speeds of course, but it's nice to be able to use the enclosure on just about any modern PC.

 

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The enclosure arrived neatly and securely packaged in a flip-top box. Current pricing is around $40 US, which is very reasonable for a USB 3.0 enclosure.

No hard drive is included with this package, but everything else you need is provided right out of the box. Accessories include a USB 3.0 cable, power adapter, installation screws, and an instruction manual.
