PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The LX-850 comes in a sturdy and informative carton with a convenient carry handle. The detailed user's guide is the first thing you'll see when the box is opened and I would encourage users to go over it carefully. Unlike some guides, there's a lot of useful information here.

The modular cables are stowed in a plastic tray with a hinged lid, and…

…Kingwin also includes a heavy-duty 16-gauge wall power cord and four thumbscrews to mount the Mach 1 in a chassis. I prefer to mount a PSU with thumbscrews in my builds and it's good to see this little addition. We'll go over all the features and amenities this power supply brings to the table in the next section, but first impressions are important, and I'm very impressed with the Lazer so far.
