Basically what we have here is a standard 3.5” SATA to USB enclosure with active cooling provided by two 50mm fans. This is more cooling than what is typically seen on enclosures in this class, so it will be interesting to see how cool the drive runs and how loud the fans are. It's nice to see that the newest 2TB drives are compatible, too. If the red color doesn't appeal to you, there is also a black version available.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION
The front of the box has a large photo of the enclosure splashed across the front, and the features and specs are listed out on the back. The contents inside are wrapped in plastic and secured in the box with Styrofoam.
All the accessories you need to operate the enclosure are provided right out of the box. This includes a power cable, USB cable, screws, and an instruction manual. No hard drive is included with this package.
