KINGWIN DOCKMASTER INTRODUCTION
With storage becoming so cheap, many computer users now own multiple hard drives to use for backup and file sharing purposes. However, working with multiple drives can turn into a big hassle if it requires opening up a computer case every time you want to access one. A solution to this is to purchase a USB hard drive docking station. It can provide a lot of convenience since it's a quick solution for accessing a drive externally, and I've become quite attached to the USB 2.0 that found a permanent home on my desk. Now that USB 3.0 is here though, it's time for an upgrade. Kingwin has sent a USB 3.0 hard drive docking station for me to try out, and it's compatible with both 2.5” and 3.5” SATA drives. Let's check it out and see how much of a jump in performance we can expect to get from USB 3.0.
