As you have read in the previous pages, I have been stating that this is a unique card with some pretty unique stock features.


Below is what I have been talking about.




The cooler to say the least is absolutely MASSIVE. Because of the cooler, this card will take up your first PCI slot. Some people will say that this is a bad thing, but actually, no one should use the first PCI slot because it shares resources with the AGP slot and can cause system problems and performance degradation.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



The cooler is made by a company called Arctic-Cooling and this cooler can be purchased for any videocard if you want a unique, quiet and powerful VPU cooling solution for your high performance videocard.


Here is what H.I.S. states about its cooling solution:




As you can see, this cooling solution does work and the nice thing is that it exhaust the hot air right out of the case instead of contributing to elevated internal enclosure temperatures.
