you will receive the following.
Once the package is opened, the included accessories are the power adapter, a USB cord to attach the hub to your computer and a installation/user's manual. Pretty well everything you need to get going is included.
In addition you receive the hub itself and a weighted screw in base. Now the base doesn't have to be used in order to use this product. The product will work fine without it and you can stick the hub anywhere you need. A noted absence is a way to mount this product flat to the top, or the underneath of a desk to stop it from moving around too easily and scratching itself up. Rubber feet or two side/velcro tape would expand where you could use this product in certain applications.
Once the base is inserted, even though the hub is rather tall when compared to its base, it is remarkably stable. The heavy weighted base does a good job at keeping this product planted. It wasn't even close to as tippy as it appeared to be. And you know what, with its reflective finish, it didn't look too bad as well.
