CONCLUSIONS & AFTERTHOUGHTS

HIS's Silence Radeon HD 5570 to be honest is an excellent silent mainstream focused videocard for your quiet PC build. Whether you are just constructing a low noise personal computer or creating a quiet HTPC, this videocard should do everything you need with no sound contribution. The one thing I do like about this card is that they didn't cut any corners and still provided the consumer with GDDR5 while other manufacturers only install GDDR3 and in some cases, even GDDR2 on their silent product. Memory is just too cheap to cut corners and smart consumers are catching on and avoiding brands that still hang on to the older, and much slower memory.
There isn't really a whole lot I can pick out as a fault with this card. It overclocks reasonably well for a silent videocard, it's cheap and it has all the display connections needed for any display/TV use to attached to your new PC build.
Pros:
- Excellent Passive VPU Cooler
- Build quality
- Overclocking even with Passive Cooling
- GDDR5 Memory
Cons:
- Lower Availability
