PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES

As you can see from the table above, the keyboard is very compact and is less than an inch thick. This would appeal to the user with limited space that doesn't want to compromise on features and style. The purple LEDs will also add some visual interest and departs from the more common green/red/blue lighting scheme of other keyboards.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

HIPER's keyboard offering comes in a shrinkwrapped box with a strategic cutout to show off the working surface to good advantage. Prominently displayed on the box are the words, “USB/PS2 compatible.” As we'll see shortly, this is true…kinda.

Inside the box is a plastic tray that holds the keyboard. That's it. While it's a very nice keyboard and all, I was expecting something else. Like, for instance, a USB/PS2 adapter since this unit is advertised as compatible with both interfaces. An unwary consumer may be confused by this claim, but I've got just such an adapter on hand and we'll see if the keyboard is fully PS2 compatible during testing. At any rate, this is a wired ‘board with native USB connectivity.
