COMPANY PROFILES
Coolink
Coolink, the cooling engine, is the brand name owned by Kolink International
Corp (a distributor of leading price/performance computer products in
Hungary and its neighboring markets and a member of Kelly Group) for providing
PC thermal solutions. In 2000, product design and development team was
formed and the steps were taken to build up the expertise to be a specialist
in PC thermal solutions. In the end of 2000, production capacity was arranged
in Taiwan and China by a joint-ventured company. After all these arrangements,
COOL series were first launched to meet the mainstream cooling demand.
Other innovative and valuable solutions are coming out to cope with upcoming
thermal problems. Coolink is the link of cooling demand and solutions.
Whenever and wherever the demand appears, we strive to come up with innovative
and valuable solutions.

REVIEW INTRODUCTION
With the onset of the new "quiet" trend in cooling, people
are just plain sick of dealing with a screaming heatink/fan combination
to properly cool there processors. People would rather sacrifice some
cooling today just to have a peaceful workstation. Due to this consumer
trend, companies themselves are dropping the "strap a screaming delta
onto a finned block of copper" mentality and are running to the designing
boards again to try to find another method of effective cooling. The two
companies featured today are using the twin, horizontally mounted fan
method to cool a central core. Using two quieter fans decreases the sound
output without the loss of airflow and cools effectively to a certain
extent. I will warn you, these coolers are NOT meant for overclocking
your Athlon an extra 500Mhz, but are meant for some moderate overclocking
applications and for better cooling at stock speeds.
