PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Computer enthusiasts are always on the lookout for new products to improve the performance, utility or appearance of their PCs. In this respect, hot rodders and computer modders have more in common than either group may want to admit. For a car guy, a nice paint job and tricked out interior are nice, but it's what's under the hood that really matters. Similarly, PC enthusiasts are all about performance and an ideal product for this crowd should not only enhance visual appeal and functionality, it should provide some kind of performance enhancement as well.
Today I'll be looking at the Circle Fire 5.25" Professional Multi-Media Kit from Thermaltake. With its flamed-out black front panel, chrome bezels and speaker grille, and dual analog VU meters, the Circle Fire exudes a retro hot rod look that seems to promise good things down the road. Let's take it for a test drive and see how it does.
