For around US$45, you will receive the following.
First thing out of the package is the usual setup guide and the list of available bluetooth enabled cellphones which the BT-HS02 has been tested to work with. But do understand, if your phone is not on the list and your new phone is bluetooth capable, more than likely this product will indeed work.
Literature wise, this product only came with instructions on how to setup this device with a bluetooth phone and there were no instructions included to help you connect your new purchase with your computer. Why is that? I have no clue, but it was a little irritating. Through a quick email to Epox I was able to get the computer instruction download HERE.
Although the instruction are for the preceeding BT-HS01 model, they do work for the new model.
Other than the earpiece itself, the other hardware included is comprised of the wall outlet charger and a handy hanging neck strap. If you are constantly on the go, you can purchase the optional car charger if required.
Last out of the box is the actual earpiece. My first impression of the product wasn't exactly positive. I found the earpiece a little flashy with its' reflective silver and blue casing. But as I said, it was just my intial thoughts. Some people might not find it all that bad looking but I personally don't like to parade around with a flashy earpiece that would draw someone's attention.
PRODUCT PICTORIAL & WALKTHROUGH
Although this product is designed to be simple to use, I will take you through a quick walkthrough on what features this small headset will bring to your lifestyle.
The two buttons are fairly simple to operate. The larger of the two buttons is the power/talk/volume up button whereas the smaller button is also reserved for talk and also can be used to turn the volume down.
All that is required to get the headset ready for use it to charge it. Simply plug it into the wall charger and allow it to charge initially for 12 full hours. After the initial charge, it will take anywhere between 2.5 to 4 hours to charge from then on. When charging the blue LED will stay illuminated constantly and when fully charged the LED will be off and flashing every 5 seconds.
