PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
When building a new PC, it's pretty easy to get caught up in researching hardware that goes inside the case while losing sight of an equally important component - speakers. It doesn't make much sense to have a brand new gaming rig paired with a set of old, crappy sounding speakers. But even if you've spent all your money on a motherboard, CPU, and RAM, it is still possible to get an affordable set of speakers that sound good. Eagle Tech may not be the first company that comes to mind when one thinks of speakers, but they are beginning to make a name for themselves in the world of PC audio. My previous set of speakers from them demonstrated excellent sound quality at a reasonable price, and I've become quite attached to them.
Eagle has sent me a new set of speakers to try out, and this time it's the ET-AR506-BK 2.1 system with dual subwoofers and a wired remote. I'm eager to hear how this system sounds.
