As you can see in the above information, taken from Spire's website, this is strictly an AMD cooler.



Spire uses a 90mm “Spider-Fan” operating at a mere 21 dBA to blow heat away from the all-copper base and fin arrangement.

 

PRODUCT COMPOSITION


For a somewhat modest $30 US you'll get the following:



The part number on the top surface of the unassuming box is the only clue as to the contents. There are no pictures or specs printed on the carton at all.



Inside the box, aside from the cooler itself, you'll find a backplate, a syringe of thermal paste and a brief installation sheet. Here you can see the “Spider-Fan” design, and the massive copper construction. We'll go into more detail about these features in the next section.
