I'd been reading some blurbs on the web a while ago about Cooler Master getting the first 80+ Silver rating for a high wattage power supply. I like efficiency. Lower electric bills, less heat, all that stuff. But what I really like is quality. And I've discovered that, almost without exception, high efficiency and high quality go hand in hand. That's why I was so pleased to have Cooler Master's new UCP 900W power supply show up for review. With a claimed efficiency rating of 88% and the word “ULTIMATE” stenciled on the side, this PSU has a lot to live up to. Let's take a look.
